  • Sale or discounted items (including promotional offers)

Note: All sale or promotional items are considered final and are non-refundable.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. After review and approval, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
